For each project, we’ll walk you through a five-step process: Project Analysis, Project Development, Project Review, Project Implementation, Revolution.

Project Analysis
A clearly defined project is a successful project. During the Project Analysis phase, projects are clearly defined and communicated through developing requirements, expectations, and schedules. As a result team members and vendors are held responsible for delivering understood results.

Project Development
Working from the Project Analysis phase, detailed project plans are developed to meticulously manage project staff, schedules, quality and budget. Proper planning maximizes your project investment and eliminates business disruptions to secure overall project success.

Project Review
During the Project Review, 1543AD will review and confirm the previous two phases with you. This ensures that the implementation plan directly coincides with the initial project analysis and development results.

Project Implementation
The Project Implementation phase is the most important phase of the process. Not only will 1543AD manage the development teams and vendors, but we will assist with the introduction of product development workflow and training.

Throughout the project, we will identify key internal staff that who will ultimately be responsible for ongoing development, support, and management.

We don’t just declare a project complete and move on! Project deliverables are checked and re-checked against original business requirements. 1543AD works directly with vendors to deliver usable technical and user documentation on every project. If none have been created, we will research and write documentation specifically for your project. Maintenance plans, service contracts, and operations management are defined before the project is officially closed.
